iPeople’s Training Philosophy

iPeople offer service and excellence in leadership and management training and personal and professional development workshops.

You can select from our extensive and successful pre-designed modules or iPeople will design and develop a training program specifically related to your organisation’s and staff’s needs and requirements.

Program lengths can vary, the training can be intensive or spread over a number of sessions, or over an extended period of time. Workshops can be facilitated on or off-site and may consist of half-day, one-day or longer sessions to suit your requirements.

Facilitators

iPeople has a number of experienced trainers and facilitators.  Wendy Cole is typically instrumental in the design of the course content and is also available to facilitate the workshops.

Wendy Cole is iPeople’s Managing Director. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s offices in Melbourne and Sydney and is actively involved in developing facilitating customised training workshops and providing individual coaching.

Wendy has particular interest in facilitating the application of universal wisdom in regards to self mastery, personal effectiveness and leadership.  She is inspired to provide practical tools and information that individuals, teams and organisations can utilise to further enhance their effectiveness and create the results that they desire.

Wendy’s strengths as a facilitator and mentor are her ability to ensure that workshops are both inspiring and practical and that participants leave the workshop with tangible knowledge that they can immediately apply in their work.   In addition to her client training work, Wendy has held a variety of leadership roles and positions in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and the USA.  Wendy has extensive management experience, successfully leading teams through periods of rapid growth and change.  Participants value Wendy’s hands-on experience as a Business Owner, General Manager, Business Development Manager and expert Recruiter and the ‘real-world’ perspective she brings to her training and coaching workshops.

Wendy earned a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences (double major in Psychology) from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University.  Wendy has professional membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI); Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
