Our network consists of two parts; our own network of professionals built up over more than ten years and the national and international networks of owner operated recruitment firms we are associated with.

Our membership of the National Personnel Associates (NPA) expands our capacity and resources across Australia and internationally through partnerships with over 1500 professional consultants worldwide. These national/global networks consist of professional recruitment firms whose members assist each other through strict guidelines of quality and confidentiality.

They provide a greater candidate pool, which is particularly useful in our current candidate deficient market, where the most appropriate candidates may be difficult to reach via traditional means.
