Amy has over 14 years experience in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing within the Recruitment and General Insurance sectors. Her focus on Client Solutions includes; Recruitment, Sales, Management, Training, Operations, Product Development, Change Management and Integration Projects.

Amy has developed particular expertise in placing Human Resource, Sales & Marketing, Client Services, Account Management, Engineering, Architecture and Administration professionals in Permanent, contracting and Temporary positions.

Initially joining The Arnold Group in March 2011 to provide recruitment support for two major projects, Veronica decided to remain with the Arnold Group permanently and join the i-People brand. Veronica not only brings her previous experience as a temporary and perm business support recruiter, but also a background in both retail management and events planning.

Veronica is relishing the opportunity to further develop the i-People brand in Melbourne. She brings a strong customer service background to the business and has a genuine passion for people. Her recruitment philosophy is one of service, to both client and candidate. An honest service that adds value to both parties by matching the right people with the right jobs - Technical skills are certainly important, but having the right personality to fit the culture of the company is key to the success of long-lasting placements.

Veronica is also looking forward to providing a more comprehensive and collaborative staffing service to assist new and existing clients.
